The day after the report, OpenAI asked in writing that every agent have its own name and account. Asking on paper is not having it in your company. Does the vendor show who the agent is, what it can touch, and how you shut it off? If they don't show it, the letter doesn't count.

Their shutdown, in their own report, works like this: serious alert, 30 minutes. If it isn't a false alarm, they stop the process. That is not the chat stop button. Doing it without people is still a plan, not reality.
Segunda-feira, três perguntas no contrato. O agente tem conta própria ou usa a senha do sistema? Dá pra impedir ele de gravar, instalar e sair na internet? Se der problema, em 30 minutos você corta o acesso de verdade, ou só para o chat? Escritório em São Paulo não muda o risco.
Monday, three questions in the contract. Does the agent have its own account, or does it use the system password? Can you stop it from writing, installing, and going out to the internet? If something goes wrong, in 30 minutes do you actually cut access, or only stop the chat? An office in São Paulo does not change the risk.
